The Warren County ARPA Advisory Committee is in the process of determining how to best allocate federal relief funding in order to offset some of the negative impacts of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic as well as to make our County more resilient in the face of another public health emergency.

The following questions are being used to solicit project ideas from residents, organizations and businesses. The ARPA Advisory Committee will use the responses gathered through this process to identify community needs and impactful projects. When the ARPA Advisory Committee has had an opportunity to evaluate the various project ideas they may reach back out to respondents to elaborate on the proposals.

The primary purpose of this exercise is to generate ideas and to develop an understanding of the magnitude of the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on the community. Participation in this process does not imply that applicants will be awarded funding for their proposed projects.

Please fill out the application to the best of your ability and be sure to include up to date contact information

Note: The ARPA Task Force recognizes that not all residents have fully formulated project ideas. In the event that you have ideas about how Warren County should be allocating ARPA funding to address Covid-related issues, but do not have enough information to complete the application please complete questions 8, 9, and 10.

If there are multiple projects being proposed, please submit a separate form for each one. If there are any questions about the form or if you have technical difficulties submitting the application please reach out to Ethan Gaddy, Assistant County Planner at GaddyE@WarrenCountyNY.gov
